Copyright - Commissions are for personal use only and I hold the right to my own images ! You can not make money off my work unless we agree upon a commercial license.
Commissioned art will be used as promotional material for social media, websites, etc…
Do not repost my art without my permission and knowledge. If you do get the permission to repost, please credit me and link back to my social links.
I currently do not offer prints or any other form of commercial reproduction of my art. Should it ever be the case, I will ask for permission first before offering prints of a commission that includes personal characters, OCs, etc…

Waiting List
I am currently working with a waiting list and only take on a limit amount of commissions at a time. If you are interested in a slot, just let me know and I will put you on the waiting list ! If your slot comes up next, I’ll notify you about it. You always can defer and be moved to the bottom of the waiting list or be taken off the list.If there are any questions concerning the waiting list, how many spots are taken or a time estimate when your slot will come up, just send me a message and I'll let you know.
Payment
Payment is made via Paypal once the idea for the commission is settled upon, including a rough concept sketch of the commission. This helps me to more reliably determine possible surcharges and give you a clear price for your commission while you receive a proof of concept.
Work Process
I like to work closely with my customers and let them be involved in the entire process. I sent WIPs for every step of the commission to consider feedback and changes as early on as possible.I will send WIPs if I have enough updates on the commission status on my own, but you always can request updates and WIPs at any stage and I’ll get back to you once I can.Please note that due to current circumstances, I do not give a time frame for when commissions will be done. Finishing a commission can take some time, depending on my schedule and other responsibilities. Either way, I will let you know in case some major delays come up and I send regular updates on what I’m working on at the moment.
Changes & Refunds
The system above is meant to prevent big changes in the late stages or fixing aspects that could have been dealt with in earlier stages.
Should there still be a need for redo's :
Small, uncomplicated changes are free of charge.
Big changes will be charged case by case, depending on the complexity.
In cases of refunds, following rules apply :
If I have finished the commission and there were no requests for changes during the working process, there are no refunds.
If I have started on a commission, I will refund the percentage that still would have to be finished. Please note that the assessment of how much would have been missing is made by me.
If I haven't started on a commission yet, you will get a full refund.

Surcharges
Surcharges can apply for various additional elements like Backgrounds*, Character Designs**, complex Designs, additional Objects (Weapons, wings, etc…) or companions (Animals, Creatures, etc…).Those surcharges are calculated in percentage and are determined based on the complexity of a request and will be settled upon when discussing the idea for the commission.
*This only applies to more detailed backgrounds. Basic Backdrops are included in the regular price.**Full design commissions are not available at the current time. Please have suitable reference material (a general idea of the item | piece of clothing | etc…, photographs of similar objects, moodboards and so on) ready if an element of the commission is to be designed by me. If there are any further questions about specific ideas, I’ll gladly answer them !
